Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Handling & Delivery Times
Order cut-off: 5:00 p.m. EST (Monday to Friday)
Order handling time: 1–3 business days
Transit time: Typically 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Estimated total delivery time: Approximately 8–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays, peak shopping periods, or due to carrier-related delays beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
For US deliveries, we ship orders via USPS or FedEx, depending on the customer's location and the fulfillment source.
Shipping Rates
Free tracked shipping on all orders
There are no additional shipping or handling fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has received the parcel.
Multiple Items / Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels from different fulfillment locations.
If this occurs, each shipment will include its own tracking number, provided via email.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ricklondon.com, including your order number.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update or cancel it
- If the order has already shipped, we will guide you through the return process once delivery is completed
Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address or missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us by the carrier.
Once returned, we can re-ship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for address-related issues.
Please monitor your tracking information and any delivery notifications provided by the carrier.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
Delayed deliveries: If your parcel is 5 business days past the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms that a parcel is lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.
Missing Items
If an item from your order is missing, please first check your dispatch emails and tracking information, as orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.
If all parcels show as delivered and an item is still missing, contact us at support@ricklondon.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and details of the missing item.
We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted under our 30-day Refund Policy for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
