Yes, we offer free US tracked shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping or handling fees unless stated at checkout.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email support@ricklondon.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it
- If the order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags attached.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: We will arrange a return at no cost to you
